Teller County Sheriff’s Office sent out the pics warning people to lock your car doors and roll up your windows. They’re still looking for the owner of the car.

We had record cold the weekend of October 10, 2009. It was below or at freezing for the high temps in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, which set the record for lowest high temperatures on this date.
This story came about after tips from county insiders complaining about a couple of commissioners using tax payer vehicles for personal use. Others complained that the commissioners weren’t working much at all at their elected jobs.
$400,ooo public bathrooms? 7 of them? In a state park? It’s true. I dug through some state records to see where the money was going and the bathroom costs kind of jumped out. Insiders had been complaining about the costs of the park.
